Today is a little overcast here in Utah, but life is going well, New Horizon Utah is coming along, and spring is in the air!! I am selling bread, kind of a bread co-op. Our ward has a food co-op where we get a good amount of fresh fruit, and veggies for a really good price every week. The lady doing it sent an e-mail around wanting to know if anyone was interested in a bread co-op, so I thought I would ask her if I could try to sell my bread there!! I made two batches of bread and they sold really well, I have more orders and requests so I am more prepared for this Thursday!! I am so excited to do this, it gives me a chance to experiment in doing different kinds of bread. Anyone else interested just let me know!! We love you all!! New Year and new opportunities!

This is a little late, but HAPPY NEW YEAR!! I hope this year finds each of you happy healthy!!

I'm not sure if many of you know that last October TNI let me go so I've been working with Najee with documents and such here at home!! I love being home, at times I find myself being lazy and not to motivated, but that is going to change today!! I have been tying quilts, and making scarfs and so on!! Life has been challenging, but the Lord is truly mindful of us, and has blessed us in so many ways!!

WE ARE SO EXCITED for Spring, it is getting warmer and the snow is melting!! I hope all is well with each of you, and hope you know that if we can help any of you, just ask!! WE LOVE YOU ALL!!

Today was the first snow of the season, so I turned on the Christmas music! What a beautiful site it is to see this blanket of white! It makes all the plants and trees look heavenly in their slumber.
